| When you sign up to a mailing list, your receive every message posted to list. If there are 100 members of the list, you will send one note to the list address and everyone on the list will receive a copy. Normally, a list will be geared towards a specific topic. Two of the most popular types of lists are for surnames and locations. |

Regular mode: one e-mail per post To subscribe in regular mode, click HERE To unsubscribe, click HERE.. Posting a message To elimate spammers from posting to the list, only messages from subscribers will be posted. So make sure that your return e-mail address is the same one that you used to sign up to the list. To post a message to the list, send to acadian-cajun-l@genweb.net Archives The new archives are here, while Genweb keeps an archives of older messages here. Other LISTAR Commands - Send to <listar@genweb.net> DIGEST User wants to receive digested version of list. DIGEST2 User wants to receive digested version of list AND normal posts. This flag should be set INSTEAD of DIGEST, not in addition to. VACATION User is on vacation; don't send mail until flag unset. ECHOPOST User receives copies of their own posts. |
